Wonderful food and service experience at the restaurant. Suckling pig is a must eat. It is rare to find icy grass served in local restaurants as well. Soft shell crab is my love!

Absolutely loved our meal at Restaurant Pekin Sutera! Every dish we ordered was fantastic, but the Pekin Duck was truly the star - super delicious !!! Highly, highly recommend

Highly recommended Restaurant Pekin if you are heading across the borders and it has to be the one at Sutera Mall. Their roast is superb and it is not common to be able to enjoy half a suckling pig without any pre-order required. We ordered: (1) Half suckling pig (so crispy and suitable for small group) (2) Roast chicken (tender meat beneath the crispy skin) (3) Prawns in cream sauce (kids fav) (4) stir fry qing long vegetables (can’t go wrong) (5) stir fry giant asparagus (my fav) (6) Yee Fu noodles (full of wok hey and fry to perfection) We left feeling very 感动 with the food quality and v full tummies. We will be back!

What's great? Biggest venue of Pekin Restaurant. Very nice place to host your guests. Food is great with lots of variety. Giant fish tanks even with the super expensive 忘不了fish. Many tables and VIP rooms available. Fast and good service. Love the fish maw soup, crispy pipa duck, fried ee mee (not the ee Fu mee, but still nice). Servings is very generous. Asparagus, Yang Zhou fried rice also recommended. What to improve? Butter milk prawn has a strange taste. Would skip this next time, and go for steamed fish intead. Visit again? Of course What's to improve?

Enjoyed a great dinner at this branch - interior was also tasteful and comfortable. Ask for their flavourful chili dipping sauce to complement the food; and get plum sauce instead of the sweet dark sauce for the pekin duck.

Food was great, and most importantly at a very good price point (RM400+ for 6 adults, 2 older kids). Service was prompt too, even though the young service staff sometimes were too eager to keep our plates. Tried making a reservation the morning before but was told they were full so we walked in instead. Had to wait 30-45 mins but we walked around the mall while waiting for their call so all was good.

- Just went on Sat 12/07/2025 ~4.30pm to eat early dinner - Came with my wife + father (3 adults) - Ordered 1/2 Peking Duck, 1/2 Roasted Pig (they allow 1/2 @ $188, no need to pre-order) -> actually I saw the next table ordered, tempted , then my wife says you been wanting to order long time, just order la - No regrets! Roasted pig very delicious. Peking Duck also good. The tofu is their speciality dish which is very good! My wife and father also had Fish Maw Soup each (minimum order is 2x soup). I didn’t really like soup stuff, so gave it a miss. - Worthwhile to go, much cheaper than Singapore for similar food - value for money. - 1 downside is that they are understaffed, took a while for their service staff to attend to us…

Had a good dining experience here with my extended family. Had late lunch (almost 3pm) on a Saturday, and it was already not crowded. Had Peking duck done 2 ways, with the meat used to do a fried noodle dish. Noodles were surprisingly quite good. The lobsters, both steamed and grilled, were fresh and succulent. I would also recommend the Nai bai clay pot with yam - nicely done. Price wise, not cheap, but nice for an occasional indulgence.
